Head of Rail Transport
IRR Infrastructure's head of rail transport has more than 20 years' experience of working in the rail and public transport networks of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
He has travelled widely in these roles, studying the rail infrastructure of countries with advanced transport networks, to learn their lessons and advise our governments on what we might achieve here.

Paul is a Chartered Surveyor and has spent more than 30 years advising clients on development and investment across the property spectrum.
From 2013 to 2016, Paul was the President of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in Northern Ireland.
